Trump Marina Casino Resort - Three card poker
The fast and exciting game of Three Card Poker features a competition between the player's poker hand and that of the dealer. The game uses well known wager resolving outcomes of five-card poker in a three-card context, except that in Three Card Poker three-of-a-kind ranks higher than a straight and a straight ranks higher than a flush. Plus, the game offers players additional payouts for high value hands. The basic dealer versus player game is played as follows. The player first makes an ante wage to participate. All cards are dealt face down. Upon receiving three cards from the dealer, the player has the option to forfeit the ante wager by folding his or her hand or to increase the stakes by making an additional wager, known as a play wager, equal to the ante wager. If the player opts to continue playing the hand by placing a play wager, four results may occur. The player is paid 1 to 1 on both the ante and play wagers for a poker hand ranked higher than the dealer's hand, provided the dealer's hand is valued at "Queen High or Better." Should the dealer have a "Queen High or Better" hand and the player an dealer have equal value hands, neither wins and the player's hand is treated by the dealer like a "Push." If the dealer's hand is not valued at "Queen High or Better," the player is paid 1 to 1 on only the ante wager irrespective of the value of the player's hand and the play wager is returned to the player. Regardless of the outcome of the competition with the dealer, the player is entitled to bonus payments on the ante wager for a hand with a rank of a straight, three-of-a-kind or straight flush. Ranks

* And if none of the above hands exist then the hand that contains the highest ranking card(s) wins. In addition to the basic dealer versus player game, the player has the option prior to the deal of the three-card hand to make a "Pair Plus" wager. This wager is placed independently of the ante wager and is based on hand value when compared to the payout schedules. If both ante and pair plus wagers are made, the amount of the pair plus wager shall not exceed the amount of the ante wager. As the name of the wager denotes, the player must have at least a pair (two cards of equal rank) to be entitled to a payout. The payouts for this wager range from 1 to 1 for a pair to 40 to 1 for a straight flush. Although the placement of the pair plus wager is independent of the ante wager, a player who makes both a pair plus wager and an ante wager should, in using best strategy, make a play wager if the hand is a winning pair plus hand. If, however, the player fails to make a play wager, the player forfeits both the ante and pair plus wagers. All ante and pair plus wagers must be placed prior to the dealer announcing "no more bets." No wager shall me made, increased, decreased or withdrawn after the dealer has announced "no more bets." Only players who are seated may wager at the game. Once a player has placed a wager and received cards, that player must remain seated until the completion of the round of play. Three
