MENU SAMPLING APPETIZERS Lobster Popcorn - tender chunks of lobster dusted with lively Cajun spices, batter-dipped and lightly fried. Served with a Sherry wine sauce. Baked Portobello Mushrooms - topped with grilled medallions of tenderloin, pesto and buffalo mozzarella cheese served on basil flavored tomato concasse. Lobster Bisque - our own tangy versaion of the classic, with morsels of Maine lobster in a rich and creamy base. MAIN COURSESVeal Tenderloin Oscar - grilled tenderloin of veal with jumbo lump crabmeat, asparagus and a fresh lemon Hollandaise. Pepper-Seared Tuna - three-inch thick tuna steak topped with cracked black pepper and fresh basil, served with spinach and shoestring potatoes. Prepared medium rare. Brighton Surf & Turf - tender 8 ounce filet cooked as you like and a 6 ounce lobster tail with ample drawn butter and lemon. Mustard and Onion Baked Scallops - sea scallops marinated in Dijon mustard and baked with garlic butter and red onions. Served over wilted spinach.
