Creepy Basement

About 3 weeks ago, I was lifting weights in my basement and I heard some growling and moaning and some other eerie sounds in by the gas tank

And I went and looked over and nothing was there. About 1 month later, as I was watching a football game, I heard slamming and talking in my basement (my brother usually comes threw the basement door when the front door is locked) so I figure it was him 

But it wasn't his voice. And as I went down there I saw nothing in my basement.

And just today as I was writing my girlfriend, I felt this hand move across my back and I got light headed without even jumping or doing anything.

To this day I hear noises in my basement. You don't have to believe me I heard what I heard!!!!!
