Dreaming Or Wide Awake

I was dreaming that someone (I don't know who) barged into my room and I awakened my self saying aloud " If you do that again I will ring you neck". 

When I looked over to the side of my bed there was that same someone in a sitting position parallel with me. 

When I looked at him He slowly turned his head and faced me. In total shock I pulled my head under the covers. While under there I was saying to myself "that couldn't have been what I saw..."ect. 

I finally worked up the nerve for another look and this time when he looked at me I noticed that his neck was twisted oddly, as if mocking me for saying I would ring his neck, aloud in my sleep. So once again I pulled the covers over my head, almost passing out from fear.

I then heard my sister coming home from night shift so I bolted upstairs from the basement. I then called my dog in to sleep with me for the night. I don't know if I was dreaming wide awake or if I had a ghost experience. 

The more time that passes the less I believe it myself. What do you think?
