When I was six and my brother was two, we shared the back bedroom in our apartment in Kearny NJ. 

And every night my brother would say he saw a lady in the bathroom washing her hair. 

Now my brother being only two we knew he wasn't lying and this sighting, went on for a while. 

One night he was awake and he watched this lady in the bathroom so she walked over and patted his hair and told him "GO TO BED". Now I've never seen her, but I do believe my brother saw her. 

Also our friend now rents this apartment and she has a two year old child who wiped cr** all over her face and wrote "GO TO H***" on the wall.
