How Strange

We were all at my friend *David's place. 

There was me *Dawn his sister *Sara and his brother *Mike. 

We were all trying to sleep down-stairs in his living room. We had been up all night watching movies and playing cards. We got onto the subjects of spirits right before we had headed off to bed. But nothing much came of the conversation. 

The way we were sleeping was like this. David and Mike were on the floor and Sara and I were on the couches. We had placed my couch in front of the huge gap of the kitchen door. Just so we were all in a small confined place. 

We had just decided to shut up and try to sleep when Sara asked me if I was crying....we had been quiet for a little while. I replied yes and I asked her the same question. Her answer was the same. We both got this overwhelming feeling of crying and wanted to scream. But instead of screaming the tears began to flow. The two of us were both very strong girls and rarely cried. But that night we let the tears flow. 

David got up to see what it was that we were crying about when he froze in fear. Mike got up to see why David was not moving and Mike started to babble. Sara and I all of a sudden stopped crying and got up ourselves. 

And what we saw next was amazing. In the door way of the kitchen was a blurry figure of a man. He was wearing a trench coat and a hat. The next thing that happened was even stranger....Mike and David's cat came up to the figure and started purring next to it and rubbing up against the figures leg. Then the figure bent down pet the cat. And disappeared. 

How is that for strange???
