Native American Territory

Well I'll start by saying that my husband would tell me that I've lost my mind if he knew that I was really telling this on the internet. 

We moved into our newly built home in November of 1997. We live in North Georgia and are about 1/4 mile from our only neighbors. We bought 20acres of land and our house sits 1 acre back from the road. 

There is a large pond in our back yard with a creek running to it. I have listened to stories about this area being prime area for looking for arrow heads and artifacts, but I never really paid attention until 3 nights ago. 

I Have felt the presence of someone in the house at different times, but I would just blame it on my wild imagination. I have always been very open to new experiences and have a lot of strange things happen to me, but that will have to wait until next time! 

My daughter (3 years old) has said many times that there is a woman in one of the rooms ("The Lady" my daughter calls her), but I would reassure her that no one was there and she would be alright. 

Well 3 nights ago I woke up to my daughter saying that "That Lady" was here and she was trying to take her hair. I told her that it was just a dream, but wondered myself if it was real. I started to talk to her about "The Lady" and asked her what she looked like. I asked if she looked like mommy (with blonde hair) and she said no.

She said that she had hair like a friend of mine (her hair is jet black). 

Then as we were talking about it my daughter gasped for air as she was looking out the bedroom door into the kitchen, and said "The Lady again" when I turned to look I saw nothing, but my daughter looked around as if she had just vanished.

I am totally convinced that it was a Native American woman from one of the tribes that lived on this land long ago, and hope that she can find peace knowing that I am now doing a lot of research on this to find out what happened to her people.
