When I Was Ten

Well it all started when I was about 10 year's old (I'm 14 now) any way's my friend Ashley. and I where getting ready for bed, she hade just moved in to her new house on 8th and Peabody, the house was big and white and of course very old looking a little creepy. 

There was an up stairs in the house with two room's, we used one of them for storage and the other was Ashley's room. On the door that was at the base of the stair's was a lock that locked from the inside so no one could get in if we didn't want them too. 

Well it was around 10:30pm and ash and I where very tired so we slipped in to our p.j's I set my ring's and necklace in to a shoe of mine at the foot of the bed on the floor. I got up and plugged in Ash's night light (she was only 8 and afraid of the dark) and turned off the light, then crawled in bed next to Ash. 

We laid there for a while talking and all that bull sh*t, then I heard it... the sound of people and an Miles running up and down the stairs yelling and talking! sure being only 10 it scared the living sh*t out of me, that's when Ashley and I remembered we where the only one's up there and we hade locked the door behind me so we were sure it was some sort of spirits. 

After about 15-20 minutes it all stopped (by this time ash was crying), we finely fell asleep and was woken up to our bed being slammed up and down and shaken around. 

Our stuff was flying all over the place after a while it stopped we calmed down and went to sleep. In the morning when we got up I immediately grabbed all my stuff and went to get my jewelry out of my shoe it was sent there it was no where to be found. 

So I just said f*** it and put on my shoes went down stairs called my mom and she came and got me. 

A few week's later my grandma had asked me about the ring's and necklace she hade given me a while back and as I was putting my hands in my brand new coat pockets to think of a quick excuse I felt some thing and there I pulled out of my pockets was the ring's and necklace she hade given me.
