My Friend George

We have always joked about having ghosts in our home. Especially after the story our mom told us about the night when she couldn't sleep which I shared you with all.

Well one day while I was sitting in my bed room just talking on the phone well my bedroom door opened up. Not thinking any thing about it I got up off my bed and shut it.

Not even 10 min later my door opened again, just enough as if someone was sticking their head in to look around. So I went out into the living room to ask my family if they kept opening my door just to mess with me and they said "no it's just one of our ghost friends"

And I replied "Which one is that George?" And they said "Yes" As I rolled my eyes I went back into the room and nothing happened after that. Until the next day. The door had opened up again. Jokingly I said "What do you want George" and I got up and shut the door.

Well this continued for a while off and on, every other day or so. Then one day while I was, once again, on the phone, the door opened again just enough for someone to stick their head in. So I asked "What do you want George?" and then instead of getting up right away to shut the door, I said "Go away George" and the door slammed shut. I, of course, freaked out and ran out into the living room to where my parents were and I told them and they just started laughing at me. 

But since that day my door has never came back open.
