The Ghost on the Backstairs

My Uncle told me that once he was visiting a house he had never been to. 

As he walked up to the front door he saw a man sitting on a staircase. Then he saw the door again. 

As he walked in he asked to see the back stairs. And the owner said, "How do you know there is a back stairs?" 

Then they told him all about the man he had seen and told him that he had fell down the stairs and died. 

Freaky? I think so!
