The advanced 140 hour TEFL course will leave you with all the
confidence and knowledge of how to teach English as a Foreign
Language. This is an ideal way of earning whilst traveling, or
kick-starting your TEFL career.
You could be learning how to Teach English as a Foreign
Language in one of three fabulous locations: Barcelona, Bangkok
and San José in Costa Rica... they can also arrange your
accommodation if required to save you the hassle!
80 hours in a classroom with a professional TEFL tutor
This is spread over a three week period where, amongst other
topics, you'll discover how to teach the four key skills of
reading, writing, speaking and listening, as well as get lots of
teaching practice in to really boost your confidence.
Course attendance is compulsory and tutees are expected to
attend and get involved with all aspects of the course. In
addition, outside of class tutees will need to plan lessons,
review material covered, and participate in supplementary project
work.
40 hours on the i-to-i Online TEFL Course
The Online TEFL course will give you in-depth knowledge of the
theoretical side of EFL teaching from the comfort of your own
home, before you head to your Advanced TEFL location and put it
into practice! The course is available anywhere at anytime, and
you'll be assigned a personal tutor to help you with your
progress.
20 hours of additional grammar study
The Grammar Awareness Module (GAM) is a brilliant additional
course designed to give you confidence in English grammar. This
easy-to-use module takes you through the rules and terminology of
English grammar step by step. You simply work through the GAM in
your own time in your own home, and after completing the answer
sheets, you then return them to i-to-i for correction.
