Basically you check into a hotel at a slightly higher rate than normal (not much higher though), park your car in the hotels parking lot and then have the hotel take you to the airport. This is perfect for when you need to arrive the day before your airplane or cruise departs. In most cased you can leave your car at the hotel for two weeks. I've personally used these stay and fly packages many times over the past few years and have found them to be great time, money and hassle savers. What is the quoted rate? The quoted rate is for one night's stay (either before or after your trip) in a standard room and long term parking for the number of days indicated on your confirmation. In most cases the rate is for up to 4 people in a room and at least 1 week parking unless otherwise indicated. Taxes are not included in the quoted rate.

How and when do I pay? To secure your room,you pay a reservation fee per room now on-line, and the balance upon check-out at the hotel. The per room reservation fee will be credited to your account and deducted from your bill at check out. If you change your dates of travel, do so directly with the hotel and the per room reservation fee paid will still be credited upon check-out. In addition, the per room reservation fee is REFUNDABLE IF YOU PROVIDE NOTICE DIRECTLY TO ParkSleepFly.com via email, within 48 hours prior to your check-in date. There is a separate $4.00 non-refundable processing fee for each transaction.

What if I want to stay the night when I return from my trip, but want to park my car while away on my trip? If your check-in date at the hotel is the night after your trip, please go to the front desk when you park you car and give them your check in date and tell them that you are parking your car now. The hotel may ask you to pay for your room in advance. Please be certain that when making the reservation at ParkSleepFly.com, that you put in the comments section of the reservation, that you are checking-in on the day that you are RETURNING FROM YOUR TRIP. If you are staying the night before your trip AND the night when you return, please make two separate reservations.

How do I book a room for the return night of my trip? Since you will be checking in and out on two separate nights, you will need to make two reservations. Once you have completed your transaction for the first nights stay, you will be asked if you would like to book a room for the return night. Simply click on this question and you will be taken back to a reservation page, complete the information and end your transaction again. Please retain BOTH reservation receipts as you will be checking in twice. You will receive credit for your reservation fee on both nights.

What if I have changes or questions after I make the hotel reservations? The Hotel address, phone number and email address will be on the email confirmation you receive. If you have any changes, contact the hotel directly and your reservation fee will be credited as described above.

What is the cancellation policy? You guaranteed your reservations with a credit card and you must cancel in advance with the hotel or you will be charged for one night at the quoted rate by the hotel. Each hotel has their own cancellation policy and it is listed for each hotel on ParkSleepFly.com, but most require cancellation by at least 4PM on the day of arrival and you will have no charges to your credit card. All cancellations must be made by phone directly with the hotel. You will be issued a cancellation number. The reservation fee that is paid on line to ParkSleepFly.com is fully refundable with 48 hours notice made via email to refund@ParkSleepFly.com, otherwise the reservation fee is non-refundable.

How do I get to the hotel? Directions and/or map will be furnished once the reservation process is complete.

How close to the airport is the hotel? The hotels are either on the airport property or a few miles from the airport and all provide complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport for hotel guests. All airport terminals are served.

How do I get to and from the airport? Transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport. Most hotels provide 24 hour shuttle service. Hours of shuttle service and times of departure from the hotel are clearly stated in the hotel information section prior to making your reservation. Upon your return, there are courtesy phones in the baggage area, or a phone number on your claim check to call for pick-up. At larger airports, shuttle buses constantly circle the airport

How much time should I allow to check-in and get to the airport? The hotels are close to the airport entrance. Upon arrival at the hotel, check with the front desk on when you should be in the lobby for the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle bus drivers will assist you with your luggage. Check with your airline on how much time they need, but presently, one hour for domestic flights and two hours for international flights is the norm.

Are the parking lots secure? In most cases Parking Lots are adjacent to the hotel and are fenced, safe and secure. Like all parking lots, even the parking lots on the airport, the hotel accepts no liability for your car or contents left in the car.

What if I want reservations for more than one room? A separate reservation is required for each room. You will receive a confirmation and a reservation fee credit for each reservation made.
