Besides being assured of being able to get to the airport on time, there are other benefits to these type of packages. For one thing, you get to avoid the added 2 1/2 hours of travel time just before you need sit around the airport and then board a flight where you'll need to be in a cramped enclosure for a still longer time. At least you get to the airport refreshed!

You also get to avoid the potentially confusing airport layouts. Even though I've been to the Milwaukee airport before, and it's not particularly difficult to get around, it still can add stress and confusion when it's dark, snowy and possibly busy.

Since the hotel package includes parking for up to 14 days, you will save on airport parking fees. You also save the time in dragging your baggage around the parking facilities and up to the airline check in station.

Also, once you get back from wherever you've been, you just call up the hotel and they'll bring you back to your car.

If your car won't start because of a weak battery or any other problem, it's a lot more comfortable waiting for the auto club in the hotel lobby while sipping coffee. Imagine waiting for the auto club somewhere in a parking ramp or in a remote lot someplace.

Sleep in a large, comfortable room. Have some inroom coffee while getting ready for the day.

Two minutes to checkout and load the luggage into the hotels van. 

	Yes, it took only 2 minutes. As soon as we got to the lobby desk, the van driver came in and announced that he had room for 6 to the airport. Of course not everyone's timing will be that precise.
	A hotel van leaves for the airport every 15 minutes. This is a lot more convenient than another hotel stay/park/fly package which leaves once every hour from 6am to 10pm, with added pickup by prearrangement.

Five minutes to get to the airport and be dropped off in front of the airport checking station along with our luggage.

On our return, we called the hotel on the courtesy phone in the main terminal near the baggage claim area. 

	When we looked out the window, the van was there waiting for us in the hotel courtesy spot.. Once again, not everyone's timing will be that precise.
	The airplane arrived in town at the scheduled time, but due to a customs computer failure, we could not get off the plane for 45 minutes. Had this been at a later time and had we not stayed at the Four Points, our airport transfer would not have worked out as smoothly as this one did.

Five minutes to get to our car in the hotel parking lot. Since we were the only ones being picked up at that time, the van driver dropped us off right at our car in a very very short time.
